Our house-made sausages are hand-crafted by our butchers at our Seaport location.

To create these delicious links, we carefully measure the ideal protein-to-fat ratio, mix in freshly ground spices, combine with any herbs or ingredients specific to each sausage style and tradition, and finally pipe the sausages by hand.

We may rotate the flavors now and then or offer limited-time creations, so check back often or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
