South Bay Blondes are Wulf's Fish signature oyster, raised by Ben Suddard in Wareham, MA. 

The Suddard family has been oystering in Wareham for more than 100 years. The coastal leases they work today were granted by a Civil War General to the late Ben Suddard’s great-grandfather.

South Bay Blonde's flavor profile is salty, slightly sweet brininess with a complementing minerality, with hints of butter, celery and eelgrass. Average size is 3" - 3 1/2" across.

Oysters are sold whole and closed. They must be shucked at home.
